Refund flow
Open the paid invoice → Refund → enter the customer's BTC address. The refund is initiated from your wallet — PayCryptoHost doesn't hold funds.
Dispute posture
Because there are no chargebacks, disputes are bilateral. Keep clear records of fulfillment and communication.
