Lifecycle states
Pending → Detected (mempool sighting) → Confirming (1+ confirmations) → Paid (threshold reached). Expired invoices never reach confirmation.
Confirmation threshold
Default is 1 confirmation. Raise it for high-value invoices via Settings → Wallet → Confirmation policy.
